RIVERSIDE, Calif. 鈥� Jacquelyn Figueroa was preparing to pose for a few photos before heading to her high school senior prom back in April when she noticed an email notification on her phone. It was the message she had been waiting for, one that would reveal whether or not she had been selected for a major college scholarship.
